Abstract: This article presents the diagnosis and treatment processes, and morphological and genetic testing of Gongylonema pulchrum in a case with G. pulchrum found in the oral mucosa. In addition, this article reviews publications pertaining to G. pulchrum human infections by Chinese scientists during the recent 10 years and summarizes the demographic and clinical characteristics, location and number of parasites, diagnosis and treatment processes, and epidemiological surveys of cases infected with G. pulchrum, so as to provide insights into improving the diagnostic capability among clinicians.

摘要： 本文报道了1例口腔黏膜寄生美丽筒线虫病例的诊治过程，以及寄生虫形态学检查和基因检测结果。此外，本文对近10年我国学者发表的美丽筒线虫感染相关文献进行了复习，并对感染病例特征、虫体寄生情况、诊治过程及相关流行病学调查结果进行了分析，旨在提高临床医生对该病的诊断能力。
