寄生虫来源非编码RNAs及其跨物种调控作用和机制研究进展

Abstract: Parasite⁃derived non⁃coding RNAs (ncRNAs) not only contribute to life activities of parasites, and microRNA (miRNA), long non⁃coding RNA (lncRNA), and circular RNA (circRNA) may generate a competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory network with host miRNAs and mRNAs via extracellular vesicles, thereby participating in infection and pathogenic processes. This article presents an overview of characterizing ncRNAs derived from parasites and the cross⁃species regulatory role of parasite⁃derived ncRNAs in host gene expression and its underlying mechanisms.

摘要: 寄生虫来源非编码RNA(non⁃coding RNA,ncRNA)不仅在寄生虫自身生命活动中发挥作用,其中微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)、长链非编码RNA (long non⁃coding RNA,lncRNA)和环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)还可通过细胞外囊泡介导并与宿主相应miRNAs/mRNAs构成竞争性内源RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA)调控网络,参与感染和致病过程。本文就目前寄生虫来源ncRNAs鉴别情况,及其通过ceRNA调控网络跨物种影响宿主基因表达作用和机制研究进展作一综述。
