非编码RNA在广州管圆线虫感染中作用和机制研究进展

Abstract: Angiostrongylus cantonensis is a food⁃borne zoonotic parasite, and human infection may cause eosinophilic meningitis. Non⁃coding RNAs (ncRNAs) may regulate physiological and pathological processes at multiple biological levels; however, there are few studies pertaining to the regulatory role of ncRNAs in A. cantonensis infection. Based on publications retrieved from PubMed, Wanfang Data and CNKI, the regulatory role of ncRNAs in A. cantonensis infections mainly includes immune responses, cell apoptosis and signaling transduction, and ncRNAs may serve as biomarkers for diagnosis of angiostrongyliasis. This review summarizes the main roles of ncRNAs in A. cantonensis infections and the underlying mechanisms, so as to provide insights into diagnosis and treatment of angiostrongyliasis.

摘要: 广州管圆线虫是一种食源性人兽共患寄生虫,人体感染后可引起嗜酸性脑膜炎。非编码RNA(non⁃coding RNAs,ncRNAs)能在多个生物水平调控生理与病理过程,但目前对ncRNA在广州管圆线虫感染过程中的调控作用报道较少。本文通过检索PubMed、万方数据知识服务平台和中国知网等数据库,对搜集的文献进行汇总分析,发现ncRNA对广州管圆线虫感染宿主的调节机制主要包括免疫反应、细胞凋亡和信号传导等,且其可用于广州管圆线虫病诊断。本文总结了ncRNA在广州管圆线虫感染过程中的主要作用及其潜在机制,从而为广州管圆线虫病诊断和治疗提供参考。
