人兽共患带科绦虫丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂研究进展

Abstract: Serine protease inhibitor, a protein superfamily that inhibits the serine protease activity, protects hosts from parasitic infections. This review describes the spatial structure and classification of serine protease inhibitor, mechanisms underlying the interplay between serine protease inhibitor and host immune responses and current advances in serine protease inhibitor of zoonotic cestode family Taeniidae, so as to provide insights into the diagnosis of zoonotic tapeworm infections, discovery of therapeutic targets and screening of vaccine candidates.

摘要: 丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂是一类能抑制丝氨酸蛋白酶活性的蛋白超家族,通过抑制宿主蛋白酶活性协助寄生虫感染宿主。本文从丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂空间结构与分类、丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂与宿主机体免疫应答间的作用机制及当前人兽共患带科绦虫丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂相关研究进展等方面进行阐述,为人兽共患带科绦虫及其中绦期幼虫感染引发疾病诊断、药物治疗靶点和疫苗候选分子筛选等提供参考。
