Abstract: Objective To establish written and electronic archives of Schistosoma japonicum antibody indirect hemagglutina? tion（IHA）tests. Methods In the process of schistosomiasis screening by IHA，the written records，electronic records，and se? rum sample bank were combined to make comprehensive archives. Results The S. japonicum antibody IHA test archives can pre? serve the schistosomiasis screening data in the long term and even can trace the source of experiments，and the operation was sim? ple. Conclusion The archives of S. japonicum antibody IHA tests are simple and useful， and worth of popularization.

摘要： 目的 目的 建立日本血吸虫抗体间接血凝试验 （IHA） 检测的书面、 电子档案。方法 方法 在血吸虫病IHA查病过程中， 将 书面原始记录、 电子记录、 样品血清库结合起来， 使记录的信息相互补充， 形成完整的检测档案。结果 结果 日本血吸虫抗体 IHA检测档案可长期保存血吸虫病查病资料， 更可进行实验溯源， 其操作简单， 有利于提高查病质量。结论 结论 建立的日本 血吸虫抗体IHA检测档案简单实用， 值得推广。
