Abstract: Angiostrongyliasis cantonensis is an emerging infectious disease in China. Snails are intermediate hosts of Angiostrongylus cantonensis and play a critical role in the transmission of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis. Detection of A. cantonensis in snails is an important part of epidemiological surveys. Currently, the rapid developments in the techniques for detection of A. cantonensis in snails facilitate the surveillance of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis and provide an important support for angiostrongyliasis cantonensis prevention and control. This review summarizes the advances in the techniques for detection of A. cantonensis in snails.

摘要: 广州管圆线虫病为我国一种新发传染病。螺类是广州管圆线虫中间宿主,在广州管圆线虫病传播过程中起关键作用。螺体内广州管圆线虫感染检测是流行病学调查的重要环节。当前螺体内广州管圆线虫感染检测技术发展迅速,推动了广州管圆线虫病监测工作,并为广州管圆线虫感染预防控制提供了重要支撑。本文对螺类感染广州管圆线虫相关检测技术进行综述。
