Abstract

Abstract: Praziquantel not only has broad⁃spectrum anti⁃trematode and anti⁃tapeworm effects, but also has pharmacological effects such as regulating inflammatory response and anti⁃fibrosis. Hereby, the anti⁃fibrosis effect of praziquantel and its mechanism were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of liver fibrosis.

摘要： 吡喹酮除具有广谱抗吸虫和绦虫作用外，还具有调节炎症反应、抗纤维化等药理作用。本文综述了吡喹酮抗肝纤维化作用及其机制，以期为吡喹酮用于肝纤维化治疗提供理论依据。 =
