Abstract: Parasitic diseases are common infectious diseases closely related to poverty， which are mainly endemic in the tropical and subtropical regions. Africa is the major epidemic area of parasitic diseases， and the global burden of malaria and schistosomiasis is over 85% in Africa. This paper reviews the disease burden， regional distribution and control strategies of the main parasitic diseases in Africa， in order to promote the prevention and control of parasitic diseases in this area.

摘要： 寄生虫病是与贫穷密切相关的感染性疾病，主要流行于热带、亚热带地区。非洲是寄生虫病的主要流行区，非洲疟疾、血吸虫病疾病负担的全球占比均超过了85%。本文就非洲地区主要寄生虫病的疾病负担、地区分布与防控策略进行综述，旨在推动这一区域寄生虫病防治进程。
