Abstract: This article expatiates the epidemiological characteristics，the evolution process of control and prevention strate? gies and measures in hilly regions with schistosomiasis endemic，especially the research progress and obstacle factors existed in the implementation process of the comprehensive strategy focused on controlling infection source，aiming at providing references for the hilly regions to reach transmission interrupted standard.

摘要： 本文阐述了山丘型血吸虫病流行区的流行特点、 防治策略和措施的演变过程， 特别是总结了现阶段实行的 “以传 染源控制为主” 的综合性防治策略研究进展以及在实行过程中存在的一些障碍因素， 并提出了一些建议和对策， 旨在为推 进山丘型血吸虫病流行区达到传播阻断提供参考。
