巨噬细胞在血吸虫病肝纤维化过程中的作用研究进展

Abstract: Schistosomiasis causes the imbalance of fibrogenesis and pro?fibrinolytic promoting factors, leading to extracellular matrix deposition and liver fibrosis. The activation of liver macrophages (Kupffer cells) and stellate cells are the two crucial events, which constitute a complex network regulating fibrosis balance. This review discusses the function of fibrotic cytokines secreted by macrophages, and their interaction and mutual influence with stellate cells in hepatic fibrosis. Additionally, the expected progress and novel in vitro and in vivo approaches that have been achieved recently in our laboratory are briefly introduced.

摘要: 血吸虫病肝纤维化过程中,促纤维生成和促纤维溶解因素不平衡导致细胞外基质大量沉积。肝脏巨噬细胞和星状细胞的激活是肝脏纤维化的两个关键事件,两者形成一个复杂的调节纤维化平衡的网络。本文对巨噬细胞分泌的纤维化相关细胞因子的功能及其对星状细胞的激活、不同表型和不同激活状态的巨噬细胞在肝纤维化过程中的作用进行了综述,旨在为免疫调节防治肝纤维化研究提供参考。
