钉螺扩散规律与监测方法研究进展

Abstract: Oncomelania snail is the only intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum, and controlling snail breeding and spread is an important intervention for schistosomiasis control. This review summarizes factors affecting snail spread, characteristics of snail spread in various endemic areas, high?risk environments of snail spread and monitoring methods of snail spread, so as to provide insights into the prevention of snail spread.

摘要: 钉螺是日本血吸虫的唯一中间宿主,控制钉螺的孳生与扩散是血吸虫病防治的重要措施之一。本文就钉螺扩散的影响因素、不同流行区钉螺扩散特征、钉螺扩散高危环境及监测方法等4个方面,综述分析我国钉螺扩散的研究进展,为防止钉螺扩散提供科学参考。
