血吸虫现症感染诊断方法的研究进展

Abstract: Now schistosomiasis is still a serious zoonosis which affects human health and hinders the economy development in endemic areas. Accurate diagnosis of the infection of Schistosoma is very significant in reducing hazards to human health and controlling the epidemic of schistosomiasis. This review summarizes recent advances in the laboratory diagnostic methods for cur? rent schistosome infection(including pathogenic,immunologic and molecular biologic methods)so as to provide the reference for prevention and control of schistosomiasis in the field.

摘要: 血吸虫病是严重危害人类健康、 阻碍流行区社会经济发展的一种重要人兽共患寄生虫病。准确诊断现症感染 对于减轻血吸虫感染对人体健康的危害、 控制血吸虫病流行具有重要意义。本文对血吸虫现症感染的实验室诊断方法 (包括病原学、 免疫学及分子生物学技术) 的研究进展及应用进行综述, 以期为血吸虫病现场防治工作提供借鉴。
