作者简介:高琪，博士，二级研究员。现任WHO疟疾政策顾问委员会委员，全球抗击艾滋病、结核和疟疾基金技术评估专家，亚太地区消除疟疾领导联盟（APLMA）理事会常务理事，亚太地区消除疟疾国家联盟（APMEN）监测与反应专家组主席，国家消除疟疾专家组组长，国家重症疟疾专家组副组长，WHO消除疟疾研究与培训合作中心顾问；为享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家、江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家，获中华预防医学会公共卫生与预防医学发展贡献奖，任《中国热带医学》副主编、《中国血吸虫病防治杂志》顾问；主持包括国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金在内的科研项目20余项，在《The New England Journal of Medicine》、《The Lancet》、《Nature》等国内外期刊发表论文200余篇，获江苏省科学技术二等奖等科研成果10余项。

Abstract

Abstract: This paper describes the safety, efficacy and operability of the world’s first malaria vaccine (RTS, S/AS01) in latest field pilot studies and the recommendations from the WHO expert group for its use. In addition, further studies to examine the associations of inoculation rate and full⁃dose rate with the reduction in morbidity and mortality of malaria among target children and explore the scientific evidence for seasonable preventive vaccination with 5 doses and more among children at ages of below 5 years are recommended.

摘要： 本文介绍了全球首款疟疾疫苗（RTS, S/AS01）最新现场试点研究中安全性、有效性和可操作性的评价结果，以及WHO专家组对该疫苗使用的建议，并对目标儿童疫苗接种率和全程率与降低发病率和死亡率指标的关系，以及对5岁以下儿童采用5剂以上季节性预防措施的科学依据等问题提出建议。
