Abstract: Oncomelania hupensis is the only intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum, and S. japonicum?infected Oncomelania snail is one of the major risk factor of schistosomiasis transmission. Therefore, the detection of S. japonicum?infected Oncomelania snails plays a vital role in the national schistosomiasis control programmes of China. Recently, a florescent recombinase?aided amplification (RAA) assay, developed by Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases, has shown rapid, sensitive and simple to detect S. japonicum?infected Oncomelania snails, which deserves expanded experiments.

摘要: 钉螺是日本血吸虫的唯一中间宿主,感染性钉螺是血吸虫病传播的主要风险因素之一。因此,感染性钉螺检测在血吸虫病预防控制中占有非常重要的地位。最近,江苏省血吸虫病防治研究所研发出一种重组酶介导的核酸等温扩增荧光法用于检测日本血吸虫感染性钉螺,该方法具有快速、灵敏、操作简便等特点,值得进一步扩大试验。
