Abstract: There were 5 elderly patients with Griesinger syndrome. There was no specificity in the clinical manifestations of Griesinger syndrome in the elderly. The positive rate of stool hookworm eggs was low， but the gastroscopy could help the diagnosis.

摘要： 发现并收治5例老年人Griesinger综合征，其临床表现多样化，无特异性，大便虫卵检查阳性率低，胃镜检查有助于诊断。
