血吸虫转录因子研究现状

Abstract: Schistosomiasis is a kind of zoonosis with serious hazard, which is popular in many countries and regions in the world. One of the efforts for schistosomiasis prevent and control is developing new drugs and vaccines, and knowing the transcription regulation mechanism and the function of transcription factors will help us find the targets of new drugs and vaccines as soon as possible. This article reviews the progress of Schistosoma transcription factors and research methods.

摘要: 血吸虫病是一种危害严重的全球性人兽共患寄生虫病。新药和疫苗开发是血吸虫病防治工作中的一项重要环节。了解血吸虫转录调控机制及转录因子具体功能将有助于理解血吸虫生长发育的分子机制,为筛选新药和疫苗作用靶点提供参考。本文主要就血吸虫转录因子研究现状及研究方法进行综述。
