Optimization of fermentation conditions of molluscicidal endophyte LL3026 from Buddleia lindleyana

醉鱼草杀螺活性内生真菌LL3026发酵条件优化研究

Abstract: Objective To optimize the fermentation conditions of molluscicidal endophyte LL3026 from Buddleia lindleyana. Method The medium composition and cultivation conditions were optimized by orthogonal and single factor experiments. Re? sults The experiments showed that the conditions of initial pH 3,fermentation temperature 30 ℃,volume of liquid 100 ml(250 ml Erlenmeyer flask),and 3D?xylitol 0.5 g/L were optimum,and the molluscicidal activity of the fermentation filtrate reached 95%. After three hatches of cultivation,the predicted values were verified by validation experiments. Conclusion Endophyte LL3026 from Buddleia lindleyana has a good molluscicidal activity after the optimization.

摘要: 目的 目的 优化醉鱼草内生真菌LL3026的发酵条件。方法 方法 以杀螺率为考察指标, 采用正交试验对醉鱼草内生真菌 LL3026发酵培养基及发酵条件进行优化, 并对优化结果进行验证。结果 结果 初始pH为6, 发酵温度为30 ℃, 装液量100 ml (250 ml三角烧瓶), 3D?木糖醇为0.5 g/L为最佳发酵条件, 该条件下发酵滤液的杀螺活性预测值达95%。经三批次的发酵 验证, 预测值与试验平均值接近。结论 结论 经优化后的醉鱼草内生真菌LL3026具有较好的杀螺活性。
