Abstract: Objective To master the epidemic situation and control effect of schistosomiasis in Yugan County，Jiangxi Prov? ince. Methods The data of the schistosomiasis prevalence in human and cattle as well as Oncomelania hupensis snail status were collected and the change trends were analyzed in Yugan County from 2008 to 2012. Results The schistosome infection rates of residents in Yugan County have declined every year since 2008，and currently，the prevalence of schistosomiasis was at a low lev? el. No acute schistosomiasis case was found during the past 5 years. In 2012，the infection rate of bovine was above 1% in 88 en? demic villages，and the area with schistosome infected snails was 10 hm2 . Conclusion In order to achieve the goal of schistosomi? asis transmission control in the whole county in 2015，the comprehensive control measures based on infection source control should be strengthened.

摘要： 目的 目的 掌握余干县血吸虫病流行现状和防治效果。 方法 方法 收集余干县2008-2012年血吸虫病疫情资料， 分析血 吸虫病病情、 螺情变化趋势。 结果 结果 2008年后， 全县人群血吸虫感染率逐年下降， 现已呈现低感染状态， 连续5年未发现 急性感染病例。2012年， 仍有88个村耕牛感染率＞1%， 感染性钉螺面积10 hm2 。 结论 结论 余干县要如期实现血吸虫病传播 控制目标， 必须加大力度实施以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病综合防治措施。
