Abstract: This paper reports one case of schistosomiasis haematobia that was misdiagnosed as urinary tract infection. It sug? gests that epidemiological data should be considered in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with urinary tract infection symp? toms coming back from Africa to avoid misdiagnosis.

摘要： 本文报道埃及血吸虫病误诊为泌尿系统感染1例， 提示在诊治有泌尿系统感染症状的援非归国人员时， 应结合流 行病学资料， 避免误诊。
