Abstract:

Objective  To reveal the vector species in the areas of malaria re-emerging in recent years. Methods  The sequence analysis of rDNA ITS2 was used for the identification of mosquitoes captured in the bednets and outdoors by human-bait in the morning and at half-night, respectively, in the fielcL Results  A11 the mosquitoes captured in the field were confirmed as Anopheles sinensis by morphologic identification and PCR as well  as  the genetic  comparison with Anopheles sinensis,Anopheles anthropophagus,Anopheles yatsushiroensis and Anopheles lesteri  in the lab.  Condusion Anopheles sinenszs is the main transmission vector for malaria re-emerging in Jiangsu Province at present

摘要:

目的了解江苏省近年来疟疾疫情回升地区媒介按蚊种类。方法采用rDNA ITS2区段基因序列分析技术,对半通宵室外人饵诱捕法和清晨蚊帐内捕蚊法捕获的现场按蚊进行蚊种鉴定。结果经形态学鉴定和PCR基因扩增,并与实验室模式种中华按蚊、嗜人按蚊、八代按蚊、雷氏按蚊DNA基因比较,现场捕获的按蚊均为中华按蚊。结论中华按蚊仍是目前江苏省疟疾疫情回升地区的主要传疟媒介。
