Abstract:

Objective   To investigate the schistosomiasis endemic situation in Jingzhou City so as to
provide the scientific evidence for control polic)严making.  Methods   Three villages (population>500)
of each township were selected with the cluster random sampling method Schistosomiasis of residents
and cattle was investigated, and OncvrneLania snails were also surveyed  Results   A total of 453 vil-
lages were surveyed completely, and the infection rates of schistosomiasis were 3. 87% in residents
and 7. 84% in cattle,  respectively.  There were 284 villages with snails (80. 5%).  Schistosomiasis
transmission was still not controlled in 32% of villages investigated ' Conclusions   After the imple-
mentation of the key projects in Jingzhou City, schistosomiasis has decreased considerably.  Howev-
er, the Schistosoma infection rate of cattle is high and the snail area is large,  so the risk of Schistoso-
ma infection still exists.

摘要:

目的查清荆州市血吸虫病重点项目实施两年后的疫情现状,为制定防治规划提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,每乡(镇、场)抽取3个村,每个村人群病情调查≥500人,并开展牲畜查病及查螺。结果抽取473个村,有效村数453个,有效村占上报村数的95. 77%。抽样村居民血吸虫感染率为3. 87%。与2004年对应村分层构成比发生了显著变化,调查表明全市血吸虫病疫情下降明显。但仍有32%的抽样村处于疫情未控制状态。共抽查4个县(市、区)耕牛2 437头,感染率为7. 84%,部分县(市、区)耕牛感染率维持在较高水平。全市抽样村完成查螺任务且资料完整的有353个,查出有螺村284个,占80. 5%,钉螺面积分布广泛,个别村钉螺感染率较高。结论重点项目实施后荆州市人群血吸虫病疫情有了大幅度下降,但耕牛感染率较商,钉螺面积较大,人群血吸虫感染率回升的危险性依然存在。
