Abstract: This paper summarizes the clinical diagnosis and treatment of imported African schistosomiasis，in order to make the therapeutic standards. Imported African schistosomiasis includes mainly schistosomiasis haematobia and schistosomiasis mansoni in China. In order to set up the operational standards，enhance diagnostic and cure rates，and reduce the complica? tions，we review the related literature combined with our experience over years，and summarize，in this paper，the pathogenic mechanism，and key points of clinical diagnosis and treatment of schistosomiasis haematobia and schistosomiasis mansoni，so as to provide the reference for clinical doctors.

摘要： 本文就非洲输入性血吸虫病临床诊治进行归纳和总结， 旨在制定非洲输入性血吸虫病诊疗标准。非洲输入性 血吸虫病在我国主要为埃及和曼氏血吸虫病。为规范非洲输入性血吸虫病临床诊疗， 提高诊断率和治愈率、 减少并发 症， 我们检索了相关文献， 结合湖南省诊疗经验， 重点概括了埃及和曼氏血吸虫病的致病机制、 临床诊断与治疗要点， 供 临床医务人员参考。
